1. Introduction & Acceptance

By using our website or requesting any of our services (Administrative, Technical, Creative), you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Abu Hatem Business Services and the Client.

2. Scope of Services

We provide services including (Vendor Code registration, Cybersecurity Compliance, Corporate Profiles, Websites, Apps, and Motion Graphics).

  • We commit to providing services per professional standards but are not liable for rejections by third-party entities (e.g., Aramco, SABIC) if such rejections result from the client’s lack of qualifications or inaccurate data.

3. Client Obligations

  • The client agrees to provide all accurate, up-to-date information and documents required for service execution.

  • The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of provided data; any delays resulting from missing information are the client's responsibility.

  • The client must maintain the confidentiality of their communication data and created accounts.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Service implementation begins upon receipt of the agreed payment (full or partial as per the contract).

  • Quoted fees do not include government or third-party platform charges unless explicitly stated.

  • In case of payment delays, we reserve the right to suspend work until the dues are settled.

5. Intellectual Property

  • For designs, websites, and profiles: Ownership of the final work transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

  • Abu Hatem Business Services reserves the right to showcase completed works in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Reselling or distributing our source codes or designs to third parties without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Revisions & Cancellation Policy

  • The client is entitled to [e.g., 3] free revisions for creative services (Design, Motion Graphics). Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.

  • If the client wishes to cancel the service after work has commenced, the value of the effort exerted and administrative costs will be deducted, and the remainder (if any) will be refunded according to the completed work schedule.

7. Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any commercial losses, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the client's misuse of the digital platforms we developed.

  • We act as intermediaries for Vendor Code and Compliance services; the final decision of acceptance or rejection lies with the issuing authority.

8. Governing Law

These terms and any resulting disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of [Dammam] shall have jurisdiction over any disputes
